EVRANI · EARLY ACCESS
Terms & conditions
Policy set updated: 5 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-05-draft-8
Early-access policies for the current development pilot. Please use test data while setup is being completed.
1. Who may use Evrani
Evrani is an early-access invoice follow-up tool for individuals, freelancers, sole traders and businesses. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account details. You may sign up for yourself. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you must be authorised to act for it. Your service provider is Nathaniel David Barrett trading as Evrani. Our business correspondence address appears in the Contact section below.
2. What the service does
You can enter existing invoice details or import them from CSV, record payments, prepare manual reminders, opt in to automatic email reminders, review available delivery events and optionally send a payment confirmation. Evrani does not issue tax invoices, provide accounting or legal advice, collect debts as your agent, process bank payments or verify that money has arrived.
You remain responsible for invoice accuracy, whether payment is due, the recipient, message wording and lawful authority to contact them. A payment confirmation reflects the payment total you recorded. Check bank and accounting records first.
3. Automatic reminders and delivery
Automatic sending requires account-level enablement and invoice-level opt-in. You can turn it off or pause individual invoices. Paid and paused invoices are skipped when checked by the scheduler; email already handed to the provider cannot be recalled. Updates are based on saved records and UTC day thresholds. Already-overdue invoices receive the latest applicable reminder stage rather than all missed stages.
Scheduling, provider limits and outages can delay sending. Provider acceptance is not proof of delivery. A delivered event means the recipient’s mail server accepted the email; it does not prove inbox placement, reading or a reply. Replies go to the business’s verified email. The pilot currently limits new email records to 50 in a rolling 24 hours globally, 10 per workspace and 5 reminder provider attempts per run. Limits may be reduced to protect the service.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials private, use a unique password and report suspected account misuse promptly. You may only enter data you are authorised to process. Do not use Evrani for spam, harassment, unlawful collection practices, misleading invoices, security attacks or impersonation. Do not upload special-category personal data, identity documents, payment-card details, bank login details or irrelevant sensitive notes. The current pilot is for test data until the processing arrangements are finalised.
5. Your content and data
You retain rights in your business content. You give Evrani permission to store and process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and meet legal obligations. Privacy and Data Protection pages explain the current data flows. A production customer processing agreement must be finalised before real client personal data is used.
6. Price and changes
No payment is collected in this early-access version. There is no active paid subscription. The first 15 customers to complete account setup receive lifetime-free access automatically, with one place per customer account. Individuals and businesses of any size are eligible. Your plan screen confirms whether a place was allocated. Any future paid plan will show its price, billing and cancellation terms before you choose to purchase. We will communicate material service or term changes before they take effect where practicable and request fresh acceptance where necessary. Changes will not retrospectively change an already accepted version.
7. Availability and responsibility
This pilot is still being developed. Features may be interrupted or changed, and there is no uptime or debt-recovery guarantee. Keep your own invoice and payment records and export CSV copies when needed. We will use reasonable care in operating the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee a particular commercial result or assume responsibility for inaccurate records or unlawful instructions you provide. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory statutory rights.
8. Ending use and raising concerns
You can stop using the service, turn off reminders and request account closure through the contact below. Verified email/password customers can export account data and delete their account in Settings. Deletion requires the current password and the confirmation DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Contact support for other account types or assistance. Export your records before closure. We may restrict sending or suspend access to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements, notifying you where lawful and practicable. Data requests and any retained records are handled as described in the Privacy policy.
Contact us first if something goes wrong. Applicable mandatory rights remain available. Governing-law and dispute-forum details remain under review before production launch.
